2006 Senior Class Gift: Please Vote
We need your help deciding what our gift in the new Davis Center should be, so please cast your vote below. Please be advised that while we will do our best to make the first choice happen, we will need to make sure that we pursue the option that is most financially and logistically viable. There may be additional considerations that arise during the process, and we will do our best to keep the Senior Class updated in a timely manner.
Senior Class Clock: This option would allow us to raise funds to construct a large, striking clock on the wall of the atrium in the Davis Center. The size and appearance of the clock would depend on how much money we raised, but it would be a permanent feature in a very busy area. We would also have a corresponding plaque indicating that the clock is a gift from our class.
Game Room: This option would direct funds towards the purchase of furniture and games (pool tables, chairs, etc.) for a game room on the first floor of the Davis Center. We may be able to put plaques on the furniture indicating that they are gifts from our class. While specific items in the game room may not be as long-lasting as the clock, the room will be well-utilized by students and therefore its contents should be quite impactful. Please note that raising funds for this room does not necessarily mean that the room itself would be named after the Class of 2006.
