Ira Allen Committee
What is the role of a volunteer for the Ira Allen Committee?
Volunteers interested in helping raise leadership gifts for UVM Fund are invited to serve on the Ira Allen Committee. Donors who become members of the Ira Allen Society by making a leadership gift themselves can contribute further by soliciting leadership gifts from classmates, providing critical support to help achieve UVMs annual fundraising goals. In addition, Committee members provide an important link between UVM and its alumni. Responsibilities of committee members include
- Making a leadership gift to the UVM Fund;
- Contacting 6 to 8 classmates or friends and asking them to make a leadership gift to the UVM Fund;
- Attending campus and regional UVM functions, when possible;
