You will be asked to provide as much information as you can so that we may identify you as a UVM alumnus/alumna, parent, student, faculty, or staff member. If you are not a member of one of these groups, you can still get a UVM ID# at the ID Request Form.

What is a UVM ID?
Your UVM ID# is a 10-digit code that uniquely identifies you to UVM. The UVM ID# is used to protect your privacy, and to ensure that no one except you can access your personal information. All students, alumni, their parents, and UVM faculty & staff are assigned a UVM Alumni Relations ID number. This 10-digit number can be found on the mailing labels on mail & publications you receive from UVM, including Vermont Quarterly. If you cannot locate your UVM ID#, please go to the ID Request Form.
